This is a private event coordination tool for Zach's bachelor party. We're not a corporation -- just friends planning a weekend. That said, here's how we handle your info.
What We Collect
When you request an invite, we collect:
Your name -- so we know who you are
Your phone number -- so we can text you your magic link invite
Once you're in the app, we store your display name and any content you post (messages, gear lists, activity votes, etc.) to coordinate the event.
How We Use It
We send you SMS messages -- your magic link invite and occasional event notifications (schedule updates, reminders, etc.)
Your data is used only for coordinating this bachelor party
We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing -- ever
SMS / Text Messages (TCPA Compliance)
Frequency: Varies. You'll receive your invite link plus occasional event updates and reminders.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or participation -- it's how we deliver your invite and keep you in the loop.
Third-Party Services
Surge SMS API -- delivers text messages (invite link and event notifications)
SpaceTimeDB -- stores event data (names, messages, activity votes, etc.)
Cloudflare -- hosts the website
These services only process data as needed to run the site. None of them use your data for their own marketing.
Data Retention
Your data is stored for the duration of the event planning and the event itself. After the bachelor party is over, event data will be deleted. We're not in the business of hoarding phone numbers.
Your Rights
Want your data removed? Just ask. Seriously -- reach out through the site and we'll take care of it. No forms, no runaround.
